Who we are
This website is run by Blake Capital Holdings (Blake), the holding company behind Cinova, Espitia and Ascendia. When this page says we, it means Blake.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no cookie set by us, so nothing counts you or follows you to another site. That is why there is no cookie banner. The fonts are served from this site, so no font service is told you visited.
Saved on your device
The contact form saves your draft in this browser as you type, so it survives a closed tab or a lost connection. It stays on your device until it is sent. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Who handles it
Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including an IP address and the page requested, for a short time for security and to keep the site running.
Resend delivers your message to us by email. Upstash keeps a scrambled version of your network address and a request count for ten minutes, to stop the form being flooded.
If a video is added to this site and you press play, it loads from YouTube's privacy enhanced service, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to it. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
What we do with it
We use your details to read your message and reply to it. We never add you to a mailing list and we never sell or trade your information.
We keep your message for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as our record keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required by law to keep. Send the request through the contact page.
We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
